3. for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, on the basis of the legally justified interest of B3D [basis of Article 6 (1) f) RODO];
4. in order to comply with the obligations imposed on B3D by separate legal regulations, for the time necessary for their implementation [Article 6 (1) c) RODO];
5. on the basis of your consent for the purposes of marketing B3D’s own products and services with the use of electronic communication means (including Newsletter subscription) and via telephone line [Article 6 (1) a) RODO];
6. for statistical purposes on the basis of the legally justified interest of B3D for as long as there is another legal basis for their processing [Article 6 (1) f) RODO];

1. The scope of data collected includes: name, e-mail address, telephone number, product delivery address: street, house/flat number, zip code, city, country. 

2. In the forms used by B3D data that are necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of a particular service (Newsletter subscription, contact form, Customer Account) are clearly marked.

3. Providing your data is voluntary, however, please note that if you do not provide them, it will prevent B3D from providing services for you.
