Industrial 3D measurements and quality control

Thanks to structured light scanning, we have the ability to conduct a quick assessment of product quality. By comparing the scanned object to the mathematical model, we can rapidly make a reliable and independent assessment of its geometry and its compliance with the designer’s specifications. The color-coded deviation map serves as a convenient tool for evaluating freeform shapes.

Non-contact 3D inspection and quality control

Non-invasive quality control concludes with the client receiving a 3D report and a color-coded deviation map in graphical form. An additional advantage of such a quality control report for the client is the ability to edit the received results, such as taking screenshots, showing cross-sections, and displaying the deviation map in any position. This allows for a precise assessment of the geometry and its compliance with design assumptions.

3D Digitization of objects

We use the latest model of industrial-grade scanner from the High End German company HEXAGON (AICON), which is why we are confident in the quality we deliver. This is the most precise technology, with which we are able to achieve a scanning accuracy of up to 10 microns.
