Sprays for 3D scanning

ATTBLIME AB ZERO – 3D scanning spray – disappearing within an hour

ATTBLIME AB ZERO is ideal as a temporary surface matting solution for 3D optical measurement technology, eliminating the need for subsequent cleaning.

The spray cans feature the innovative SHC (spray head-change system), which allows the user to use dedicated nozzles to accurately and uniformly matt hard-to-reach areas, such as blind holes and oversized surfaces.

ATTBLIME AB 2 – 3D scanning spray – disappearing in 2 hours

ATTBLIME® AB2 is an innovative product that enables the user to achieve a uniform and consistent pattern on the sprayed surface. Our new self-lubricating (sublimating) 3D scanning spray is based on the proven ingredient cyclododecane, which has been further perfected.

The scanning time, which is the time it takes for the product to be fully visible, is between 1 and 2 hours. The sublimation process, during which the spray dissolves on the surface, takes between 2 and 4 hours. Of course, these times can vary depending on environmental conditions such as the type of surface, ambient temperature, air circulation and humidity levels.

ATTBLIME AB 6 – 3D scanning spray – disappearing in 4-6 hours

This product enables users to achieve a uniform and consistent pattern on the spray surface. Our newly developed, self-adhesive (sublimating) 3D scanning spray, called AB6, is based on the trusted raw material cyclododecane, which has been further enhanced

The time required for scanning, i.e. the time it takes to apply the product, oscillates between 2 and 6 hours. The sublimation period, in which the spray dissolves on the surface, lasts between 6 and 24 hours. Of course, these periods may vary depending on environmental factors such as the type of surface, ambient temperature, air circulation and humidity levels.

ATTBLIME AB 24 – 3D scanning spray – disappering in 12-24 hours

ATTBLIME® AB24, which provides temporary protection for delicate surfaces when working with water and aqueous solutions, adhesives and mortars of all kinds. This version of the spray, which contains a significant amount of cyclododecane and is created for those involved in archaeology and conservation, enabling them to preserve objects and works of art with a high-performance sublimation spray.

The cyclododecane-based spray formulation contains no solvents, n-hexane, titanium dioxide (TiO2) nor adamantane. It is compatible with a variety of surfaces, both porous and non-porous, including textiles, wood, glass, painted surfaces, metal, plastic, stone, mortar and paper.

Cyclododecane is a hydrophobic and non-toxic waxy substance that naturally evaporates after a few days.

Under high outdoor temperature conditions (> 30°C), ATTBLIME AB24 provides a uniform and consistent application pattern with a film thickness of 32.36 µm. It can also be used for temporary surface matting, which is necessary in areas where traditional 3D scanning sprays do not meet expectations. Reference points can be easily placed on the area that is sprayed with this spray.

ATTBLIME AB P – permanent spray for continuous scanning

An innovative scanning spray called ATTBLIME AB P, which enables the user to achieve a uniform and consistent spray pattern with a layer thickness of 5.16 µm.

The AB P permanent 3D scanning spray stands out significantly from similar products on the market, thanks to its modern grey shade. This matt grey colour has been ideally adapted to applications in light-based measuring technology and uses environmentally friendly, raw materials!

NOVELTY!

ATTBLIME ABX 400ML

ATTBLIME® ABX scanning spray is an innovative product for 3D metrology, characterised by excellent whiteness and an optimised short shelf life with a fast matting effect, visible immediately after application. It is particularly suitable for service providers handling small and medium-sized components and works well in the dental industry, where precision is crucial.

The scanning time for this product is up to 2 hours and the sublimation time, which is the time for the spray to dissolve, is between 2 and 4 hours. Of course, these times can vary depending on environmental conditions such as the type of surface of the item, ambient temperature, air circulation or humidity.
